New Online Customer Support Options
NVIS Adds Online Customer Support Options for Order, Repair, and Warranty Status
Customers and Authorized NVIS Resellers and System Integrators can now visit our online Support page to obtain instant order, repair, and warranty status. Users can also request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) directly from our technical support staff and expect a response within one business day. This new feature was added to improve communication with customers and provide 24/7 access to information our customers have been requesting.
