Product Support

Customer support is an important way that NVIS differentiates itself from competitors. Technical support is available for the life of the product. Customers may call, fax, or email NVIS with the problem/issue and receive a response within 24 hours. NVIS places a premium on customer support because we recognize the importance of our customers' investments. When our customers succeed with NVIS products, we succeed.

Warranty

All NVIS products come with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Up to two additional years of warranty coverage may be purchased. To learn more about our Warranty Policy, click here.

Returns

Product returns are managed via RMA numbers which must be issued directly from NVIS. Once issued an RMA number for your return, you must have this information written clearly on the packaging or your repair may be delayed.

NVIS covers the cost of shipping for all units with an active warranty. Systems are repaired/replaced free of charge and typically turned around within 3 weeks from receipt.

NVIS products typically contain two pieces: 1) a Display component and 2) a video control unit (VCU). Customers with multiple units are encouraged to return pairs as originally shipped.

Unauthorized tampering (i.e., opening) of units voids the warranty.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on non-warranty product returns. NVIS bills $95/hr for most repair work plus the cost of materials.
